Halloween is coming up! I don’t know about you, but I am SO excited for the holidays to start; Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. I’m even excited for New Years (and to get out of 2020!).
Halloween may sound fun, but to people with food allergies, it’s a total nightmare. A whole day where you go around getting allergen filled candy from strangers doesn’t sound like a great day.
But here’s the thing: we can make it allergy-friendly! Today, I will be sharing my favorite allergy-free candy that actually tastes good. Note that some of these are cross-contaminated with major allergens, but they are all free from major allergens in the ingredients.
